Modern home redesign in Sussex

This project involved a negotiation with Arun District Council to achieve planning permission to remodel and extend this Art Deco House in East Preston, Sussex. We added an extra storey to create a master suite. This features a bedroom, en-suite, dressing area a further living area and lots of glazing for the sea views. Both brie-soleil and canopies have been fitted to control the solar gain and prevent overheating in the summer months.
